Tarsha Weary is the force behind the mission to make a difference in the lives of children in Urban communities while creating jobs for Veterans. With over 27-years of experience in the tech industry, Ms.Weary is no novice to pivoting. Dealing with the disparities of the pandemic was just another drop in the bucket.

SW Design School L3C (LLC) is a National Apprenticeship program vetted by the Department of Labor Office of Apprenticeship to certify Computer Programmers and Graphic Designers. It’s the ONLY minority-woman-owned organization in the United States authorized to do so.

Ms. Weary is also a proud mom of three and has an unquenchable thirst for knowledge in the TECH industry.
