Tanja Thompson is a 25-year Air Force veteran retired Senior Master Sergeant, 100% disabled veteran. During the 35-day government furlough, she wrote and published her 1st book. Tanja also started her business “Transformational Resolution Group,” and has a non-profit "The Breast Cancer Move Foundation.
Additionally, she was selected for her first 1st TEDx, "From Tragedy to Triumph" that same year. Tanja has an Associates in Applied Science, Bachelors in Healthcare Science, Masters in Human Resource Management, another Masters in Conflict Analysis and Resolution.
Tanja is currently enrolled and expect to graduate in December with a Doctoral in Healthcare Administration. She was the 1st black female to sit on the Board of Directors for the Loudoun Water company, a billion-dollar company.
She also serves on the board for Loudoun Health Commission, the Cancer Advisor Coalition of Virginia, and the Veteran Advocate board.
