Jennifer Lassiter Smith is the director of INMED USA, an organization dedicated to building pathways for vulnerable children, families, and communities to achieve well-being and self-reliance.
At INMED’s Family & Youth Opportunity Center, they help at-risk children get a healthy start in life and provide them with opportunities to achieve academically and socially. They also work with at-risk parents to help them build financially stable, nurturing environments for raising resilient children.
Her team in Loudoun County, VA offers a variety of vital services and resources to children and families in need—both virtually and at our Family & Youth Opportunity Center in Sterling, VA.
On this episode, we talk about why INMED is so important to her and why now is the time to change how we deliver education to high school students. She also shares her powerful 6-word story, “Make A Living, Not A Life.”
